This neighborhood frequently hosts walking tours to share the history of Houston’s first downtown adjacent suburb. Welcome to Under the Oak Montrose! This property is my home and I’d love to share my guest house and gorgeous backyard santuary with you. Ya'll! The Michelin Guide for Texas just came out. Located within 1 mile radius of 3 Hou restaurants with a Michelin Star, and near so many others recommended. As if you needed another reason to book... Update Nov 12- My calendar is restricted to weekends due to spotty and unpredictable construction next door. Occasionally there is work on Saturdays still.

The condo is located on the 1st floor of a classical building built in 1930's. A very pleasant kitchen-dining room is furnished with taste and it is perfect for a relaxing dinner after having explored Houston. The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.
