Cosy central studio for families with garage

A cosy (23m2) well-equipped studio ideally suited to a couple, three adult friends, or a family with young children for their winter ski or alpine summer holiday. The central location means that you can enjoy all that Morzine has to offer without needing a car. A *small* garage is available to park your car. You can enjoy sun for most of the day from the large south facing terrace, which runs alongside the River Dranse and enjoys views towards some beautiful chalets and an old barn.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong, raquette badminton, 2 vélos à disposition. Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige)
