Picccola casa ristrutturata con cura ed eleganza. Affaccia su un tranquillo giardino condominiale, è circondata da verde e silenzio pur trovandosi in un area molto viva e frequentata. C'è una luminosa ed ampia zona living con divano, tv, piano cucina e tavolo. Una comoda camera con letto matrimoniale ( che a richiesta può essere diviso in due ampi letti singoli), con un grande armadio e un bagno ensuite. E' un oasi di pace e serenità, i colori sono tenui e gli ambienti silenziosi.

Close to TRASTEVERE Station, house with TERRACE, two bedrooms: one double and one single, living room with sofa double bed, bathroom and kitchen equipped with every comfort, air conditioning and TV. Ideal for families, couples and for little baby. Sunday, there is Porta Portese Historical Market. The house is 15 minutes from the historical center, the tram number 8 leads directly to the old town. I have another beautiful house close to this one, you can see it on my airbnb's profile.

Bright and luxury full optional flat located in the heart of Rome. The house is in the middle of one of the most characteristic and ancient Roman's neighborhood, Testaccio. Its central position allows guests to visit easily all the main monuments of the capital (even just walking). The house is connected with Fiumicino Airport thanks to Trastevere Train station and all around is possible to find metro, busses and trams. The neighborhood is also full of clubs and typical restaurants.
