Argentinian: overlooking the sea/establishment access

Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

Rustic studio with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, a small table with chairs and a small additional sofa. Air condition and ceiling fan, mosquito nets. 1 parking space along the panoramic road next to the entrance gate of the property. Notice: 57 STEPS separate the entrance gate from the house! Pocket Wifi!

Monte Argentario- authentic, real-Tuscany's well kept secret. Upper floor of villa with a balcony, with a table on and an amazing view of the sea. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

My house is located in the historic center and overlooks the square of the church a stone's throw from the seafront of Porto S. Stefano. The house has a separate entrance and consists of a kitchen connected to the spacious living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a small closet with washing machine and a balcony. The interior has been recently renovated with fine finishes and a furniture that combines modern furniture with original elements of the 1960s.
