A perfect get a way for a couple or small group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 3 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Our 800 sq ft cottage is perfect for a small family or a couples get away. Our cottage is located in Woodland Beach. Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
