Cozy Elm Heights Apartment Close to Everything IU!

Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Great for families, graduation or IU sporting events. Six bedrooms (3beds total) w/ large patio, hot tub, privacy fence and pool table. Three miles South of IU campus, ten minute walk to YMCA, 15 minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs. Hot tub is open all year. I follow CDC recommendations for cleaning the house. We use bleach to disinfect and wash all linen in hit water.

Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple work table. NO KITCHEN.
