A cozy house in the heart of the capital

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

cozy spacy apartment (45 square meters- Room is 30 square meters) with big comfort bed - hot water 24/24 , full kitchen, bathroom. located in center -safest area of the city . I speak English fluently and can help u with learning Russian excursions, buying property, ,taking u from moldova to Tiraspol . A vintage cozy house next to the forest. There are fishing rods and an off-road scooter if you like to explore interesting locations near the house. Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.
