With us you can play table tennis , billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe bike path just 400 m away invite you. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Meisse, Moritzburg and Dresden nearby excursion destinations .

We would like to welcome you in our cozy and quiet apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the highway A4 and A72 you can quickly get to interesting cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or in the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely decorated and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping center (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about 10 min walk away. A bus stop is about 2 minutes walk away. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. The city center is about 20min on foot.
