Cosy air conditioned cottage in lovely shady garden setting a short stroll to Mildura city. Sleeps two, queen bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry with washing Machine. Owners reside in home at front and are retired tour guides. Please, no pets. We do have a cot or a comfy stretcher. Lots of tea bags, coffee pods, muffins and long life milk . In season we may have local fruit. cottage is rustic and priced accordingly. If you are looking for late model luxury our cottage is not for you.

Family and pet friendly 3-bedroom house stay

Well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with secure garage for car parking. The house has everything you need for a stay away and plenty of activities for the kids! The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second guest room and third guest room have double beds. The kids are well catered for with a variety of board games, trampoline outside, bikes and table tennis table in the garage and LEGO and craft supplies. There are two parks within a 5 minute walk and two wetland walks.

Our home is set up for open space living inside and out with heated swim spa for summer and winter. We are only a 3 minute drive from the Mildura central shopping precint and restaurants, with the same travel time to the river. There is ample off street parking for 6 cars including a boat.
