Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. Like a secret tiny house in the middle of the city, I often hear my guests say. The view of the garden, awakening with the weather of birds, offers an oasis of peace in the lively city, within walking distance. Entire private guest room (former, fully renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There are coffee and tea facilities, wifi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and internet. We are for a non-smoking environment.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guest house with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, biking/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub to book for 30 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pet indoors are not allowed Smoking outside is no problem.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
