Fantastic views of Puerto Vallarta from the 10th & 11th floors from both terraces of this spacious and luxurious beachfront duplex penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus den and heated private pool.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den with wet bar. Can sleep 4 adults. Fabulous open kitchen, well furnished art-filled dining and living room, large eating and lounging terrace with barbecue and panoramic ocean view. Upper level can sleep 4 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, large contemporary living room with interesting antiques and huge terrace with private heated pool, outdoor dining table, lounging area and glorious ocean views.
The SAYAN TROPICAL condominium has three outdoor pools, large beachfront Jacuzzi, and lots of lounging/sunning opportunities. Inside, a well-equipped exercise gym overlooks the bay and has state of the art exercise and weight training machines. Gym area has showers and a co-ed hot-tub spa and sauna.
The condominium runs a full restaurant and bar from breakfast until 9pm, 6 days a week( closed on Monday ), serving excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. Restaurant is exclusively for condo owners, renters and guests, providing maximum personal attention.
There is a regulation tennis court on the grounds and free for all guests on a first come basis. Covered secure parking available for two cars.

IMPORTANT AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICITY CONTROL
Sliding glass doors to terraces and other windows to be closed when air conditioning is on. It is sometimes easy to forget and leave the terrace doors, bedroom and bathroom windows open with the A/C running. This can cause water damage to the ceiling if it happens over a long period of time.
Also please note that the cost of electricity is very high. Please be very conscious of the A/C and use the On/Off button in the living room and in each bedroom in the morning AND before you leave. When you return and turn the A/C back on, it will cool the apartment in less than 5 minutes.
Guests will be provided with the contact information of the property manager upon booking. Similarly, guests’ contact information will be given to the property manager. The check-in agent or property manager will meet guests at the entrance to Sayan Tropical condominium with the keys. He or she will explain the use of appliances, internet, phone, TV etc. Similar procedure when checking out. He or she can arrange small parties, pick up at the airport, supply groceries as well. All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property.
You have full access to all the building's amenities, including restaurant, bar, 3 outdoor pools, beach front Jacuzzi, gym, massage room, sauna, tennis court and even room service. Available services and amenities are offered for the comfort and pleasure of your stay:
Concierge service: While Sayan does have a concierge, the property manager’s office will act as your personal concierge providing information about Puerto Vallarta and will book activities, excursions, restaurants etc. if requested.

The restaurant and bars are cash free so guests will be required to register a credit card with the Sayan concierge for restaurant and bar charges. Prior to check-out, please ensure your bar/restaurant bill is paid during the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will be pleasantly surprised at the low prices of the food and drink at Sayan condominium restaurant, and even more surprised at high quality of the food.

If you need a taxi service, Security staff will be happy to get a cab (typical wait time no longer than 5 minutes). Uber is also available and sometimes cheaper.

The condominium is an exclusive Sayan property and is walking distance to 4 beaches south and north of here, including Amapas, Los Muertos and Malecon beaches. Romantic Zone, Downtown Puerto Vallarta, Old town, Restaurants, fabulous local markets, shopping, and a vibrant nightlife are all accessible. However, if you need a car, there are two covered parking spots in the garage.
Conchas Chinas and our areas is unique in that it is a short walk to Los Muertos beach from the condominium lower level. It's also a safe and short walk to the Romantic Zone and old town where there are markets, street fairs, shops and wonderful restaurants and art galleries. You don't have to go to the marina to go fishing you can arrange to go from the large pier near the Playa de Los Muertos. A walk on the Malecon at weekends and holiday time is also a treat for all both young and old. The Mexican people here are friendly and inviting. There are countess outdoor activities for all ages. However, if you need a car, there are two covered parking spots in the garage.
If guests request daily cleaning ( maid service ), this can be arranged in advance for an extra daily charge. Price upon application. I will need to be notified as soon as you make your reservation. Also a PRIVATE CHEF is available upon request for a reasonable cost.
Delicate Floor and Furniture with light Colors, NO Sun Screen and Tanners inside the unit as they will stain. Common areas have showers to clean off prior to entering the unit.
SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers. FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths. Please use towel holder found in guest bathrooms. You may also find they dry faster if placed outside But not on the terrace glass railing. SHOWERS - Please wipe down any excess water on the marble floor after shower to prevent water puddles and water stains.
RESTRICTIONS - The number of guests stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the unit. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy.
RIGHT TO ENTER - The owner's representative has the right to enter the property at any given time on a reasonable schedule, with previous notice to the guests in order to inspect the premises and to undertake and perform duties that they shall have with the owner of the property.
PVR AIRPORT - At the airport after picking up your luggage exit to the arrivals area. However to exit you have to go through a corridor with timeshare vendors, ignore them and walk straight past. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic.
TAXI to SAYAN CONDOMINIUM - Airport pick-up can be arranged in advance, either a regular sedan or a larger SUV or ‘suburban’ for bigger parties and luggage. Costs upon application. Guests can now also avail themselves of Uber which can be cheaper. But if you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at one of the booths. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going and show the map, and get a receipt. A three person cab will cost you $300 pesos or nearly $17 USD. You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged. Tip is expected and appreciated.
CHECK-IN - Check-In is normally between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00pm incur a charge of $25USD in cash payable directly to the person who checks you in. This fee will be also applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. Earlier check-ins can be accommodated if the property has been vacant that day, no charge.
CHECK-OUT - Check-out is normally 11:00 AM. Late check-outs can also be accommodated if the property is not going to be occupied that day, again no charge.
Our property manager will meet you at the front gate for check-in on the day of your arrival. He will also check you out on day of departure.
