Difficilmente troverete in Liguria un posto con una vista così. Questa casa è davvero "sul mare" infatti vi sembrerà di stare più su una barca che in una casa. È un ampio monolocale, terrazza con vista, accesso al mare privato e box auto. Vi sveglierete guardando il mare, farete colazione guardando il mare, prenderete il sole e vi addormenterete guardando il mare. E ogni sera vi godrete il tramonto, che da questa terrazza è unico. CoZy House Boccadasse by the sea in Genova

You find CoZy House in the pedestrian area behind the lovely pebble beach of Boccadasse. It's a two-storey apartment with a private entrance and a small courtyard, set in an ancient brick red typical fishermen's house which dates back to the 1800s. Beautifully renovated with modern amenities it's a very comfortable place still keeping its original charm. 50 mt from the beach, in a quiet small square sheltered from the wind, 15 min by bus to the city centre. Garage free of charge.

The house is independent and can be accessed from a private road uphill. The parking lot is in front of the entrance. You enter directly into the living room-kitchen where the French window opens onto the garden : gazebo, table with chairs and lawn. The upper floor is accessed by a staircase (to be climbed up and down carefully) : bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single : a fourth bed can be added in one of the two bedrooms. The garden also welcomes furry friends.
