It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

We have a neighborhood park in the back of the neighborhood with water access to fish or kayak within walking distance. We are a short drive to great dining and shopping in Cocoa Village. Great bars, restaurants, and charter fishing at Cape Canaveral port. Or beautiful beaches with many attractions in Cocoa Beach. Also about 45 min drive to Orlando and all it has to offer!
