Beautiful! Newly remodeled! If you are interested in a 30-day stay or longer please message me for possible extended stay opportunities. Quiet, peaceful & relaxing There is a walking trail right across the street that leads to the lake. We have 2 paddle boards, and 1 kayak to use for your enjoyment. ( Must sign waiver) Room to park your boat ... however no fish cleaning in the house (fish are not edible anyway) and please leave fishing boots and gear outside and all shoes at the door entry.

Beautiful lakefront home with all the amenities for a great multi-family vacation. 5 BR, 3.5 bath with great indoor/outdoor living space. Main house: 3BR, 2 Bath. Separate upstairs unit: 2 BR, 1 Bath w/ kitchen. Large space for entertaining with well-stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for vacation on the water!

Casa Mendoza

This is our personal home located in the beautiful redwoods of Mendocino county. It is right next door to Cozy Casa which is our year round Airbnb rental. We are excited to make our home available while we are out of town and traveling ourselves! Jose, my husband built this house during the Pandemic of 2020. We live here when we are not visiting our grown children or traveling in Mexico. If you are renting this space in means we are definitely doing one of the two! Welcome!

The Captain’s Quarters, Brand New Hot tub

Come enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean at the Captain’s place. The house is located on the west side of highway 1, with amazing views from the office area upstairs. Fully fenced family and dog friendly 1/3 acre property. Great blue and white water views North, South, and West. With access to the private 1.5 mile private community beach and pond picnic areas with fire pit and pizza making oven. This is a family home there are personal items in the house.

The Views are Sweet at "Orr Springs Retreat!"

This RV is located on a 46-acre property, it's in front of the main residence, on a large cement driveway, with plenty of parking. A peaceful spot with trails and beautiful views. Come enjoy all Mendocino has to offer. Orr Hot Springs is just up the road or keep going all the way to the coast! Lake Mendocino is less than 15 minutes away, and plenty of wineries and dispensaries for all the grape and cannabis lovers.
