Stop for those who want to provide dolmug access to these places It's 200 meters and it's also us metro for those who want to get there from the airport get off at Menderes Cumaovasi station and 776 Gümüldür bus in 40 minutes they can, we would be happy to get to know you.

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. For a peaceful getaway. Amazing view awaits you. In a location where no one can bother you. A stone chalet with high privacy. Since the house is on a hillside, it is provided by a steep road of 100 meters. Max 15 min(12km) to the airport. Ephesus 45 min. Kusadasi 45 min. Cesme 1 hour. Izmir center 30 min Large shopping mall 20 min. Grocery store 3 minutes. Electricity and water fee will be at our guest's expense. A security deposit is taken . You are very close to historical and ancient places.

Seaside cottage 1 (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Lovely flat in the woods*near the sea

1st floor of two-storey house with garden, in the wood and 5 km away from the sea/beach. Ideal for the ones (or families) adoring serenity, beach, history, recreation, and entertainment. Located on the traditional route of Smyrna-Ephesus. Close to the historical sites by car (i.e, Ephesus, St.Mary's House, Artemis Temple, Seven Sleepers, Sirince Village ), recreations (scuba and sky diving), one of the Europe's biggest Aquapark and night life of Kusadasi. 20km away from the Airport (ADB).

A pleasant holiday in Gümüldür

Our house is 300 m from İpekkum beach. ( Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous with silky-sand.) It is 30 minutes to Seferhisar-Küradası and Selçuk Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar&Kushadasi.) With bus 776, you can reach it in 45 minutes from Cumaovası. You can reach to Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station wich is just 1 stop away to Adanan Menderes airport The house has a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, hot water, TV.

Garden floor near the sea

You can relax with your nuclear family in this peaceful accommodation. Located in a very modern neighborhood, 250 meters to the sea, this garden floor is a completely independent area. There are tangerines and olive trees in front of it. It stays quite cool in the summers and is enjoyable to stay in. There is a grocery store and Monopoly dealership 150 meters from the house. Migros, A101, Bim and Şok are within 800 meters. The sea is immaculate and magnificent.

Our summer house, which is 30 meters from the blue flag pit beach and within walking distance of chain markets and all kinds of necessities, will provide a memorable holiday experience for families with its sea view and spacious garden. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Our apartment is located 5 minutes(300m) by walking to the sea and the public beach right on the street. It is right next to the pharmacy,grocery store, bazaar. The balcony is spacious and convenient. It feels like a mustakil because there are only 2 apartments in the apartment.
