Two kayaks, a paddle boat and fishing boat are included to enjoy the crystal clear waters of spring fed TownLine lake. The fishing, swimming and star gazing is phenomenal right from the beach! This cozy cottage is close to snowmobiling, hunting, trails, mountain biking, state land and nature. The home is great for couples and families with kids. Enjoy the in-the-woods setting with a view of beloved Chippewa Lake, which is within walking distance. Access Chippewa Lake through the DNR launch, which is a turn off of our private road and within walking distance to our cottage. Take the whole family swimming at the public swimming area with sandy swim area, picnic tables, and bathroom!

Spacious home with 60' of lake frontage on 700 acre all sports Canadian Lakes, which connects to West Canadian Lake and others. Guests will have access to the Canadian Lakes Association amenities including beaches, golf courses, outside pool, inside pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and more. There will be an extra charge for the pools, fitness center, and golf. Bunk room was completely remodeled and each bed has its own reading light and power outlet with USB A and C.

We are offering for your leisure time our 1400 square foot 2-bedroom house on the water which sleeps 6. Our house is situated on a canal that leads to all sports Tubbs lake which is in the Martiny chain of lakes. It sits on two lots so you can enjoy a spacious backyard. We have all the amenities of home. You just have to bring your food and drinks. If you're a boater, you can park your vessel at the dock behind our house or fish off the dock behind the house.
