Park views, Quality comfort, Close to everything!

Comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen and the cozy Dreamcloud mattress will have you feeling at home in no time. Owner managed with care and detail. Original hardwood flooring, curved walls, original trim work, crisp linens and a peaceful view of the Park across the street. Fast WIFI, a nice desk and plenty of storage tops off this home away from home. We have thought of everything so you don't have to! 3 min. to IWU and Carle Hospital. 5 min. to ISU. 10 min. to OSF, 12 Min. to Rivian.

Welcome to our 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space to accommodate 2 guests! It is conveniently close to ISU, Constitution Trail, and about 10 minutes to Rivian. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. You will find this one bedroom very spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. This place is the the perfect place for an extended stay if you're working anywhere in central IL. Nice, newly remodeled apartment in quiet building with plenty of parking. Full kitchen, laundry, central air, huge new TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBOMax, genuine arcade game with 60 classic games you can play for free. Even has a small back porch. Nice queen bed, plus a double sleeper sofa if needed.
