The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. the house is in the heart of the village of Sant'Andrea di Compito, an ancient village on a hill, which is about 10 km from Lucca. The area is very quiet and relaxing, surrounded by green countryside;the house for 4 (1850), large garden, is all in stone. from August 2020, a new small pool available for guests and residents of the oil court (NEW POOL!!!). The use of the pool must take place in compliance with house rules. Absolutely prohibited all and water games.
