Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to create the setting for a cozy and relaxing base when you are visiting our lovely Ærø in the south Funen archipelago. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

The spacious apartment is a part of atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by stunning nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games.
