Fully renovated in June 2024, in a secure residence with swimming pool (until 9/15) , the house is ideally located 300 m from the beach, close to all amenities: market square, shops, restaurants, atmospheric bars, ice cream parlors, horseback rides, go-karting, amusement park, bike paths ... Private parking space in front of the accommodation. No smoking, pets not allowed
