Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. This property is a 10 minute stroll to town and a stone's throw from the new walk / cycle track to Linkwater. You will feel in holiday mode the moment you arrive. Access road not suitable for campervans.
