The cottage is located on our property in the quiet area of Leksberg in Mariestad, with close to the hiking areas and exercise tracks in beautiful nature, grocery stores and public transport. Easy to turn off from E20 but you don't have to hear the traffic. 5 min by car or 15 min to walk to the city center. The cottage is just over 40 sqm. Combined sleeping and living room with a double bed that can easily be pulled apart to single beds if you want + a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for four persons. Toilet and shower.

Cozy house in the forest outside Mariestad

Unwind in this oasis and enjoy the silence in the middle of the forest on one of Sweden's smallest plateau mountains. Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. Electric car chargers are available. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 800.

family friendly semi-detached house about 1.5 km from the center of Mariestad. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms . 1 double bed and 3 x 90 beds are distributed in the bedrooms . Downstairs there is another bedroom with 1st 90 bed . So in total there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outside there is a barbecue , hot tub , trampoline ,swings and some other things for the children . Söker ni en lantlig miljö med fantastiskt utsikt över Vättern? Då har ni hittat rätt! Känner inte till många stugor i Sverige där man kan se tre olika län från en och samma plats. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bike. Göta Canal flows through both communities where there are also cafes, grocery store, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures you can also see the beautiful sea buckthorn which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cottage for hunters, outdoor lovers or for the roads passing by. There are also bicycles for hire.
