The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house at DR1 (2014). The well-furnished 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceiling fits perfectly for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. All year round, bathe in "Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Idylic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and Baltic Sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and playtower. Located in a rural setting in a protected area. Accommodation approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with capacity for max 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller, but functional bathroom with shower. Big brewers. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

Right by the seaside town of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house that used to belong to the estate of Knuthenborg. Here you can relax with your family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest where wild boar lives. The house, built in 1776, exudes old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern facilities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation in 2021, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Summer cottage in walking distance from the beach... 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, nice garden with trampoline for the kids and a hammock for the grown-ups... ☀️🌳🌊 The house is close to one of the best beaches in Denmark (walking distance) as well as in walking distance to Bøtø forest where you can experience wild horses in a beautiful surrounding. In walking distance is also a minor shop, where you can get breakfast, ice-cream etc. In Marielyst you have several grocery stores and restaurants. Enjoy!

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by fields, apple orchard and with a view to Præstø Fjord. Private entrance and private south facing terrace. Cozy log house with loft for kip and warm atmosphere. New functional kitchen with dishwasher. New bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Cottage with 10 meters to the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house there is 200 meters to public bathing jetty and cozy Kalvehave Harbour with yachts and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for plenty of excursions nearby, for example.
