Modern & Panoramic apt with Sea view in the Center

The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 23:45 P.M until 06:30 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period. Once it is fixed, I will update the notes !There is an A/C in one bedroom, other bedroom has Stadler Peter fan.There is an A/C in the living room as well

You won't find a place more centrally located than this. Building right across from wonderful seafront boulevard, 2 min walking distance to Old CIty. Around corner from the busiest street of Baku with many shops and cafes. Bus stop right by the building block, Buses 5, 18, 88 and 125 stop right by the apartment building. Apartment is on 4th floor and there's an elevator in the building. No free parking on premises, in cases when parking is required, can be provided at extra cost of 1AZN p/day.

Apartment created with lots of love and attention to the little things. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. Comfortably accomodates 4 people. All used materials are high quality. Wall decoration, decorative objects made by hand. Bus stop and subway station are nearby, 3-5 minutes away. You can reach the city center in 7-10 minutes.

This apartment is located in the center: next to boulevard, 100m away from flag square, 10-15 mins walk distance from old city & Maiden Tower. There are good restaurants (Mangal, GunAydin)& Bravo supermarket and shopping centers around. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, fridge, washing machine & all kitchen ware necessary for cooking. There is an open balcony which gives access to fresh air.
