Rest and comfort in a quiet area - Apartment 2 amb.

The apartment has excellent lighting. It is spacious and comfortable for up to 3 people. It is located in the La Perla neighborhood, a characteristic residential area of Mar del Plata, quiet and ideal for resting. The coastal area is 4 blocks away and the center is approximately 12 blocks away. The rental is not suitable for groups of young people due to building rules. It is an ideal place for a family, couple or individual business/pleasure trip. We love that you visit the City that we love so much.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious environments, large light entrance, two full bathrooms, for each room, it has a large daily dining kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet and has everything you are looking for to do your daily shopping. you have direct access to the coast, and the center. my interaction with guests is to give them an excellent stay, my husband and I are always willing for what they might need.
