The 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom condo is located at the REAR of the building, does NOT have a beach view, but has access to the public & private beach. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, on weekends and holidays, at times street noisy may be audible until late into the night.

The golf course, historic center and souvenirs at famous Montecristi, wild life and curious monkeys at Pacoche jungle, Manta's fresh sea food market, Manta’s new mall—-all 20-30 minutes drive.
