Rustic elegance at its best. A great retreat with a mix of both, beamed ceilings and rustic characteristics yet chandeliers in the bedroom and elegant dining area with character throughout the home. Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on a secluded 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. Explore natural ecosystems and witness sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and behind that are honeybees.
