Das Eckapartment liegt direkt am Dieksee mit unmittelbarem Blick auf das Wasser. Verteilt auf rund 55 m² findet sich ein großzügiger Wohn-/ Ess- & Schlafbereich mit Bad & Balkon, eine kleine, aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Bei Design, Planung und Ausführung des Umbaus wurde sehr viel Wert auf gute Gestaltung, Qualität und individuelle Inneneinrichtung gelegt. Es handelt sich um eine der begehrten Eckwohnungen, über die gesamte Länge und Breite der Wohnung zieht sich ein großer Balkon.
