In this modern designed apartment it is easy to be together. The place is spacious and you avoid stairs if you use the elevator to first floor. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, Swedish standard and 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Hotel standard with big TVs in every bedroom. View is stunning and there is a terrace outside every bedroom. By the terrace there’s a big party room, all by yourselves, with pooltable, bbq, bar, football game and lounge furnitures. License for 8 guests max.

Magical, our dream villa , year of construction: April 2017 and only 1,5km away from the sandy beach of Calheta, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful and typical maderian cottage house totally reconstructed mainly using the natural vulcanic stone, recycled wood, roof tiles and other materials with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, bbq area, pond with koi fish, garden including herb garden, fire pit area and swimming pool. Breathtaking views of sea and nature.

You can go in 12 minutes by car the levadas of 25 Fontes one of the most beautiful and lovely levadas sought by the walkers. It is also 10 minutes from the beach of Calheta where you can find all that orecisa for your stay, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc ...
