We have a separate, cozy guest house with our own entrance on our property. Private terrace back. Two box spring beds, kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine and kettle. A separate bathroom with a shower and toilet (down the stairs in the basement). Private washer and drier. We are 100 meters from the Maxima park in Leidsche Rijn, 800 meters from Utrecht-Terwijde station and shopping center . Center Utrecht 5 km / or 7 min by train. Two cycling for short distances.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
