This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.
