This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. Clean, Comfortable, Next to park, 2 min from Tech

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.

This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses.
