The Villa has the perfect layout for a group or family. The three bedrooms contain king size double beds. One of these is in the master suite, with its own TV room. The living room offers an ideal common space for all residents of the villa. Then there is the terrace with the large outdoor dining table and a view of the garden, which invites you to relax. The living room is located on the middle floor. From here you have a wonderful view of your garden, where the fireplace is located. This bright, but protected room offers you and your companions the ideal lounge for a nice time together. Here you will find the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy seating area. The terrace can also be accessed directly from the living room and also brings living outside, where a cozy outdoor seating area and space for yoga or other sports exercises are revealed. From the middle floor, a modern wooden staircase leads down to the master suite, past a unique real Russian wine, which grows over three floors. First you get into your TV room with a Samsung Smart TV, on which HD Austria is activated and you have access to Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. Here you can spend a perfect movie night. This is the central room of the master suite, from here you get to the spacious bathroom, walk-in closet with laundry and technical room, bedroom with king double bed and a private exit to the garden. On the top floor are the two other bedrooms with king double beds and Samsung Smart TV, which is also HD Austria activated and gives access to Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. From here you have a wonderful distant view of the hilly, green landscape of Döbling, which is equipped with many beautiful villas. the location the location Döbling is one of the best districts in Vienna and creates a very special ambience. Beautiful house with pool and view over Vienna

The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely surrounded by greenery and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.

Feel comfortable near Vienna amid our vineyard

Our accommodation is called "Sleep-Well". It is a wonderful addition to our winery. It has a private courtyard, a private wine cellar. Ask 10 people gorgeous space in a typical old house with a lot of love for the detail renovated "Urweinviertler" house. Is simply gorgeous for families, business travelers, for pure relaxation. It is well connected to the public, nestled in a beautiful landscape, with extensive vineyards and the March.
