"Alegria" in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, adjacent to a coihues forest, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, comfortable counter bar, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony on the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a practicuna. For the months of January and February we would appreciate trying minimum stays of 7 days. Our 2 hectares plot is located in the heart of the great landscapes and natural beauties of the area, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5Km that separate us from the route and public transport of passengers. If we coordinate with pleasure we take you or look for you. ALEGRÍA has a sunny garden terrace with beautiful lake views, equipped with an American type grill, table and outdoor chairs. In JOY we have space to add a Practicuna. Just let us know when you book At the entrance of this peninsula we have a small shopping center with cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowing boats and kayaks, or the Campanario hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters away from JOY is the beautiful and very wide beach of the poplars, ideal for boys along its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without seeking greater excursions or looking to do them with bus and trekking, we gladly look for them and take them to their terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao circulates the bus line 20 with permanent service, the entrance of this peninsula has a stop on Km 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We have found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we have found that those who arrive in love fall in love even more, we have discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but tend to leave even happier.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. When found on the "Circuito Chico" you are a few km from places of incredible beauty: - Distance from Cerro Campanario ( the seventh best view of the world! ) : 2 km - Distance from Swiss Colony: 5 km - Distance to View Point: 3 km - San Pedro Peninsula Distance: 4 km - Distance to Cerro Catedral: 20 km If you do not have own transportation, there is public transport of passengers 20 minutes walking distance from the house and a bike rental is 20 minutes walking distance. Contemporary house in the middle of the forest

It's in the middle of a grove of ñires and radales and has panoramic views of the hills. It is very bright and has large openings. Bedrooms have direct access to the garden. It has objects of different styles combining the regional with a lot of cypress wood on floors and ceilings. The lake is a few blocks away. The village is a 20 minute walk or 4 min drive. And it has an excellent internet connection, very stable with which you can work and teach classes. Also Directv and Netflix.

Places of interest: There is public transport to the center of Bariloche and to tourist spots. In front is the Calle of Cerro Campanario and 16 km from Cerro Catedral. You'll love my place because the cabin is beautiful with a very nice view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. It is surrounded by nature, which offers a lot of peace. It is located within a park of 15000 square meters. It has a lot of independence and privacy. It has its own access to the coast of Lake Nahuel Huapi

Nice guest house view

Located just 500 meters from the center of the town (by gravel street) and the routes that will take you to beaches, ski center and neighboring towns such as Bariloche, San Martin de los Andes and crossing to Chile. We have a beautiful view from the room and patio. We have guest car entrance entrance and patio patio with grill (chulengo) grill. Our accommodation is good for couples and families. Not recommended for small children or people with reduced mobility.

This is not a home. Citard wood tucked into it itself. Bright, spacious, well-insulated to ensure minimum energy consumption. Decoration of simple elegance according to the place, pictures of Florian von der Fecht framed with recycled wood. no neighbors, surrounded by forest, trails and private access to the Blanco creek that limits the property. The murmur of the Arroyo Blanco is interrupted by the singing of the huet-huet.

Welcome to this little paradise. This cabin has a very particular style, a combination of rustic and modern. It was completed at the end of 2018, and comes with everything you need so you don't want to leave during your stay. It is a unique cabin for its architecture, located in the middle of the forest with incredible views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Cordillera de los Andes.
