The cottage, which is exciting in its construction, as it is on several levels, is located on a 3000m2 large secluded natural plot. It is only a 10 min walk to the North Sea (5 min by car) and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. Terrace all around the house, many seating areas and thus always the possibility of shelter, sun and tranquility. Access to gas grill. Good opportunities for running, biking and mountain biking. Lovely bright cottage with NICE GARDEN VIEW. Renovated (2011/2022) wooden house of 68 sqm. 2023 new kitchen 2023 enjoy large window section facing the sea. REMEMBER to bring your own sheets , bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with lovely dining area with sea view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Close to nice beach. PLEASE NOTE : it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse installations due to fire. There is no rent to youth groups.

Nice cottage close to the beach

Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
