Centrally located and modern 4 bedroom in Longyear

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The apartment has most of the amenities with coffee machine,sodastream,airfryer and microwave. In addition, washer and dryer. Stove, dishwasher,a refrigerator and freezer. Nice and spacious balcony with lovely view with midnight sun for 4 months when the weather allows it. The apartment is large with large living room and open kitchen. It is also possible to grill with charcoal on the common area or electrically on the terrace.

Exclusive top floor apartment - City Center

Beautiful big top floor apartment with modern furniture in the centre of Longyearbyen. There are 2 bedrooms; 1 King size bed and 1 single bed that folds out to a Quensize bed- both very comfortable. The city centre is right over the street with great restaurants/bars and shopping. The view over Hiortfjellet from the livingroom i spectacular , and there is many hiking possibilities close by. Tv with Netflix, Hbo and Viaplay, internet is included. Dont hesitate to contact me for questions.

Cozy groundfloor apartment, located in a typical residential area, only 3 walking minutes from town center with kulturhuset, supermarket, restaurants, cafés & shops. Nice home for 2 (up to 4 possible). 160x200 cm bed with 2 comfortable matresses; as often on Svalbard placed in a bed alcove, accessible from one side. Sofa bed in the living room. No TV but good Wifi. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining at home after an exciting day of exploring Svalbard. Longterm rates available.

Modern apartment, fantastic sea- and mountainview.

Our family have decided to rent out our lovely home when we are not on Svalbard. It is a modern home with an amazing 270 degrees panoramic view of the fiords, valleys and mountains. The apartment is from 2017 and has high modern standard. The 4 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen gives you plenty of room to enjoy your stay. In the dark season you can watch the Aurora Borealis from the living room since no artificial light will disturb your view.

Large and open apartment with stunning views. The apartment is located in the street closest to Adventdalen, with a view of both the fjord and the surrounding mountains. The home extends over 2 levels where you have entrance area, bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. 2nd floor consists of 2 rooms used as bedrooms. Only 7 minutes walk to the city center.
