Sunny apartment on a hillside with 4 countries views.

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. If you want to use one of the 2 terraces, you can also reach them through our living room on the ground floor.

Our apartment is located 4km from the beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal starting point for excursions on Lake Constance, Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, cycling, motorcyclists, bathing or skiing. An Edeka market with bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.

Between lake and mountain

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a more than 100 year old house in the former working-class neighborhood Vorkloster. It houses 8 flats which are partially inhabitat by our family. Thus, the atmosphere is very familiar and uncomplicated! Kids are very welcome! As it is a family home, I will only approve requests from people who shortly introduce themselves and the reason for their trip to Bregenz!
