We live on site in the section with the tower itself. Located for easy access to Ben Cruachan and many Munros, the Tower of Glenstrae is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the historic, visually stunning West coast of Scotland. Secluded cottage with stunning views.

Maida's cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ford, close to Loch Ederline. There is a private driveway to the cottage with a farm gate to keep the sheep on the hill. There is ample parking and a gated/fenced private garden. Although on the edge of the village, Maida's cottage feels remote with a rather stunning backdrop. There are many hills to walk. There is no TV or WiFi, this is a cosy getaway from hectic lives so sit back and enjoy the log fire with a good book.

Pod 4 has 1 dbl and 1 sgl bed and a mattress for kids. The village has a shop, licensed cafe and pub (seasonal opening), bike hire are available nearby. Bring everything you would as if you were camping except the tent, there are shared public toilet facilities with hot water and an outside tap for drinking water.
