Indoor swimming pool (closed until Easter 2023, ceiling will be renovated in winter 22/23) private lawn and beach, some parking in front of the house.

Raffinato e curato appartamento direttamente sul lago. Appartamento per due persone.. L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio pubblico. Compreso nel prezzo. Indicare nr. di targa prima dell’arrivo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.

Frida, Do-Minus sailboat

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.

Built in 1924, Villa Margherita is set in a magnificent park. Adjacent to the garden with bocce court is a separate private beach spot with lake access. The bedrooms and loggias have magnificent views over Lake Maggiore and the adjacent mountains. The atmosphere in the villa combines the Grandezza of old times with modern elegance. It was fully renovated and modernized in 2020/21 - preserving the old cache (1920/30s style, original wallpaper, marble shop).
