Cozy Sørland house in Høllen close to the beach

Completely renovated and new addition in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, one of which is a dining area. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds down and 90cm up. The last bedroom has a standard double bed. Dining room with room for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless internet (fiber) and Riks-TV package are included. AppleTV both in living room and in family room on 2nd floor.

Holiday idyll for all ages - quiet surroundings.

Nice holiday apartment in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with exit to lawn and common outdoor area. Immediate proximity to the lake, with beach and pier. 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment contains all amenities. Boat with 9.9 hp can be disposed of during your stay, (available from May 1st to October 1st). Ballbinge! Good fishing opportunities. Parking in common area with boom. Tv, Playstation 3, dvd, washing machine and full kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. Barbecue for outdoor use.

Cabin and pier; private and idyllic surroundings

Completely renovated 2022 The cottage is located all by itself in scenic surroundings. It has a warm location and great views of Trysfjorden. There are two large terraces and lawn of 250m². Hot tub from June-August There are good fishing opportunities, and the cabin has its own pier and boat/10hp included upon request. There are several small beaches nearby and swimming opportunities from the jetty. Larger boat, 22ft/200hp, can be rented separately Parking: 4 cars, electric car charging option Laundry upon agreement.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Great "hotel room", central. Pretty view

"Hotel room" with its own entrance and attached large bathroom. There is a fridge and TV in the room where you can use Chromecast to stream via any subscription you may have, further chairs and water cooker. Large bathroom with shower/hot tub. Heating cables in the floor. NB! Perfect detour from the E39, while saving about 50kr in boom😊
