Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Located in the heart of Seaford. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a Victorian house in the centre of town. The property has two large bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The living room is stylish and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There is a small but spacious private section of the back garden where you sit and relax. Or sit in the front and watch the world go by.
