It consists of an entrance, living room, two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and an equipped terrace (70 meters) at the kitchen level, from which you can enjoy the view of the bell tower and the ancient neighborhood.

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Without every noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely self-contained. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others).
