Lovely warm and sunny, 3 bdrm house with great views across to golf course and to the mountains. A quick 15 minute walk into town. Situated on the flat with all day sun. Sit and have a coffee while your watching some golf. Good size deck with outdoor table and bench seats to sit and enjoy the sun, the garden and relax while dining Plenty of firewood for the fire in winter.
