It is located in Villards sur Thônes , 900 m above sea level, equidistant from the Clusaz and Grand Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat . The chalet is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility.

We offer a very pleasant room with a kitchenette in our cottage 3 km from Thônes (small town with all amenities), 7 km from the resorts of Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, 20 minutes from Annecy and its lake surrounded by mountains. Beautiful ! Possibility of hikes from the chalet, on foot or on snowshoes that we can lend you. Small summer or winter hiking lists at your disposal as well as information on the many local activities.

Petite maison de 50m2 située au calme, à 7km de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand, et à 25km d’Annecy. Mazot neuf, face aux montagnes. Proche d’un espace de jeux pour les enfants, et d’un supermarché Intermarché. Terrasse en bois de 50m2 située sur le côté et l'arrière du chalet. Nombreuses promenades, et cascade à proximité. Petite route devant la maison non passante, sans issue. Stations de ski accessibles facilement.
