Gîte totalement indépendant de 120 m² : au rez-de-chaussée : grand séjour lumineux avec coin cuisine entièrement équipée, poêle à granulés, TV, 1 WC indépendant. La pièce principale donne sur la la terrasse. 1er étage : 2 chambres avec lit double (160/200) et 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples jumelables (2x80/200), 1 salle d'eau et 1 WC indépendant. Alimentation en eau par une source privée, filtrée et analysée. WIFI par la fibre. Parking privatif. Le gîte est non-fumeur. Soirée festive interdite.

Our accommodation is close to Aubrac, on the way to the Tour des Monts d 'Aubrac and close to the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle.
