This house is our holiday home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to be able to accommodate travelers passing by the Atlantic... The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the bottom of a deadlock, very calm. All journeys can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The garden of 400 m2 is enclosed and wooded. There is a parking space. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

QUIET two steps to the beach and the port,

Recently renovated small house with terrace and garden in the very quiet area of Genette. Maximum 100m: shops, doctors, casino, parks and seaside promenade. Self-service bike station. Beach, City Centre,Old Port and Cinema within a 10-minute walk. The house is perfectly suited to accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children, or teenagers. It would become UNCOMFORTABLE for 4 adults.Bedroom 2 is very cramped and beds are 70cm wide.
