Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. A comfortable 2nd floor apartment above a antique/collectible store called The Hodgepodge Shop in Leeds N.Y. It's only about a mile from the NYS thruway exit 21 so it's easy to find and hard to get lost. It has two bedrooms the master bedroom has one deluxe queen size bed , linen closet ,dresser , writing table and chair, and the other bedroom has a leather recliner, a stocked bookshelf and table with chairs that can be used as an office .
