The glasshouse is an architecturally designed garden residence, maximising passive solar gain, just 5 mins from city. There is wood heating, electric/gas heaters and air cons in rooms. Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

Walk to the city, North Hobart, Salamanca, with nearby Metro bus an easy option instead of the uphill walk back from the city, if you need it. Free safe car parking in the street. Ideal location for access to the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, airport. Easy walk to cafes, hotels and IGA, the best small supermarket in town.
