Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. There's plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.

Super clean & private studio retreat.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. My place is family friendly, close to comic con, , restaurants and dining, , the beach, , family-friendly activities , public transportation (trolley). You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet. It's very quiet and private. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PARTYING. THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE. You’ll love our place as its spacious, quiet, private, comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have big relaxing patio chairs on our large balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. We are centrally located to most all of San Diego's attractions and close to freeways. The famous Gaslamp, Zoo, downtown and beaches are all within 13 to 20 minute drive. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, coffee and an assortment of teas.

Comfortable Home in San Diego/Lemon Grove Area

Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful home with solar power and filtered water. Central air and central heat make your stay very comfortable. Pet free. Parking in the driveway and the trolley close by. Sorry, but no large gatherings or parties. 10 people at one time is maximum capacity during the day. 8 at night if on reservation. I live on the property in a granny flat above the garage so I will know. One camera out front also.

This room is a "casita" (seperate living space) away from the house. It has a private entrance with a cypher lock on the door. The room has new carpet, new tile, and queen size bed. The Eastlake neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. We are located about 20 mins from the beach, downtown San Diego, and San Diego international airport. This location is only 2 miles from the Otay Ranch Mall.
