Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.
